About the qualifiers

CONMEBOL is the continental organism that rules the football asociation of South America.

The 10 countries members of CONMEBOL will play between them in order to win one of the 4 places to access directly to FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

In addition, the national team that qualifies 5th, will have the right to dispute a play-off against another continent national team to gain an extra place for the World Cup.
